Every patient must start with an initial diagnostic assessment to best identify and understand what is getting in the way for you or your child. Truly understanding symptoms and what is holding a patient back will then inform my treatment recommendations as appropriately and effectively as possible. Clinical diagnoses, recommendations for treatment and all relevant psychoeducation are often included in this process. This fee includes a review of basic collateral information provided, completion of basic paperwork needed (school forms, etc.) and solid communication with you and your family as we proceed with treatment. Occasionally, additional collateral information or collaboration with other providers/teachers/doctors/etc. will be necessary before a definitive diagnosis or treatment plan can be established. I often consider these connections essential to provide you or your child with the absolute best care and plan. Depending on time constraints and the need for outside information, one or more additional follow-up visits (billed separately at below rates) may be required for diagnostic clarification and/or treatment recommendations. Urgent Intakes $2,000/90 min Occasionally, I am able to accommodate more urgent cases on a shorter timeline. If you or your child are experiencing an urgent need for psychiatric care +/- medication, please reach out to see if a sooner appointment may be possible.

A consultation is an opportunity to discuss concerns without committing to a full diagnostic evaluation and treatment plan. Recommendations will be provided for next steps – I can help advise whether pharmacological treatment is indicated at this time, or perhaps if psychotherapy would be more appropriate for you or your child. You are welcome to share the results of this consultation with other providers/caregivers as appropriate. Often, I can provide suggestions for behavioral interventions or school accommodations, or brief problemspecific counseling or psychotherapy. This will not include specific medication information (doses, schedules, titrations, etc.) as this requires a full diagnostic intake. Prescriptions are not provided for consultations. If you ultimately choose to engage in future treatment with medication management under my care, the fee for initial consultation will be deducted from the full diagnostic assessment appointment fee. *Consultation does not include prescriptions or ongoing management

This is the most common type of follow-up visit in my practice.

Completion of paperwork will be billed at an hourly rate of $600/hour and will be broken down into 15 minute increments. This includes time required to gather details from the patients' record, complete the paperwork or letter, and deliver the paperwork to the correct recipient(s). You will be made aware of these impending charges in advance of my response to ensure you are aware of the fees and would like to proceed. An estimate of time required can be provided in advance, however, it is important to note the time billed may be different from the estimate provided.

Inquiries and questions are very welcome between appointments within a reasonable time frame, and these services are usually provided as part of your intake or follow-up without additional fees. Occasionally, questions and requests for treatment changes made between appointments go beyond what is considered reasonable or are submitted a long time after a patient's most recent session. In such cases, I am happy to provide more indepth guidance and associated treatment plans. These interactions would then be billed to you at 75% the typical half hour or hourly rate of $500 and $1000, respectively. These charges will be applied based on 15 minute increments. You will be made aware of these impending charges in advance of my response to ensure you are aware of the fees and would like to proceed.
